Many of us are stuck indoors or practicing social distancing because of coronavirus. States are prohibiting crowds and closing restaurants and bars, except for takeout or delivery orders.

Movie theatres, gyms and other places of recreation have all been temporarily shut to fight the spread of the deadly virus.

For those who like to work out, the situation seems to have ruined your normal routine and you might be wondering how you’ll work out while stuck at home. But these social media trainers will show you that you don’t need a gym to stay in shape during these difficult times.
